The cave has a total area of 100,000 square meters and is divided into four layers, with a tour route of 3,200 meters, including 800 meters of waterway. It features impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers, and is praised as the "all-around champion karst cave in the world". Some of the major attractions in the cave include the Dragon Palace, which is one of the largest and oldest caves in the Yellow Dragon Cave, with a base area of 15,000 square meters and an average height of 40 meters. There are also the Bruinen River, an underground river in the second floor of the cave, and the Key Stand, a stalagmite that is 19.2 meters tall and has a diameter of only 10 cm at its thinnest part. In addition, there are many other areas worth seeing in the cave, such as the "Loess Plateau" with a large area of stone waterfall, Huaguo Hill famous for small water-drop like stones, Tianzhu Street known for the longest stone bridge in China's sightseeing karst caves, and more. The temperature inside the cave is lower than the outside, so it is recommended to bring some thick clothes. The admission fee for adults is 121 yuan, and the opening hours are from 07:00 to 17:30 from March to November and from 08:00 to 16:00 from December to February.
