Jiuzhaigou Food:Tibetan & Traditional Food

Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong are expensive to eat because most of the supplies are brought in from outside, usually around US$3 for a stir-fry with meat.
On the way to Jiuzhaigou, you can dine in Mao County and Songpan, where dining conditions are fair.
Local special meals are mainly beef and mutton, and to the two major local ethnic minorities – Tibetan and Qiang characteristics related to the Tibetan to smoked barbecue meat, supplemented by barley wine, ghee tea, yogurt and other beverages; Qiang like to eat hot and sour flavors, animal offal, and the local Han Chinese to the Szechuan cuisine.
