As autumn approaches quietly, my friends and I embarked on a journey to Western Sichuan, filled with longing for the vibrant colored forests. Our first stop was Huanglong. The morning sun bathed the streets of Chengdu in a cool glow, heralding an unforgettable trip.

After arriving at the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou station, we took a brief rest before driving to Huanglong. In autumn, Huanglong seems to be nature's proudest masterpiece, with emerald hues shimmering with gold, from the foot of the mountain to its peak. The colorful pools, snow-capped mountains, and primitive forests intertwine to create a series of captivating scenes. We took the cable car up the mountain and then walked from the upper cable car station to the Five-Color Pool. Along the way, the scenery of the primitive forest was refreshing, and attractions like the Zhengyan Colored Pool, Penjing Pool, and Jinsha Flooring were breathtakingly beautiful. The water of the Five-Color Pool changed unpredictably, with shades of emerald, azure, and orange… a kaleidoscope of colors that was mesmerizing.

On the second day, we spent the whole day exploring Jiuzhaigou. In the early morning, the air in Jiuzhaigou was filled with the fresh scent of grass and trees, and we eagerly stepped into this magical land. Buying tickets, checking in, and boarding the bus, everything was in perfect order. Along the plank road of the primitive forest, attractions like Jianya Spring, Fangcao Hai, and Swan Hai unfolded one after another, each step feeling like a step into a fairy tale.

Arrow Bamboo Sea, Panda Sea, Wuhua Sea… Each lake in Jiuzhaigou is like a meticulously crafted artwork, crystal clear, reflecting the colorful forests. The plank road beside the Peacock River was our best choice for hiking, and the magnificent scenery of Pearl Beach and Pearl Beach Waterfall kept us lingering. The诺日朗Center next to the Mirror Sea parking lot was our lunch break spot. Although the taste of the restaurant might not suit everyone, the experience of enjoying a meal in the highlands was unique.

In the afternoon, we continued to visit attractions like Zechawa Village and nuorilang Waterfall. The autumnal beauty of Jiuzhaigou left us intoxicated and reluctant to leave.

On the third day, we left Jiuzhaigou and headed to Serqu Tibetan Village. This is an ancient and mysterious Tibetan village, built against the mountain slope, with dense stairs and winding paths. The village buildings are primitive and grand, with houses interconnected like a giant maze. Here, we experienced pure Tibetan culture without a hint of commercialization, preserving the way of life of its residents from 1300 years ago.

Day 4: A Journey Through the Red Leaf Forests, Meeting the Most Beautiful Tibetan Villages

The fourth day was filled with anticipation. After breakfast, we set off on our journey through the red leaf forests, visiting attractions like Qicai Jiazu Village, Yangrong Hade, Luoli Cuo, and Gansi Ba Village's famous tree… Each place was astonishingly beautiful. Yangrong Hade is a serene and beautiful village, where the autumn sun shone down, creating a colorful and dreamlike scene. The lake at Luoli Cuo formed a beautiful reflection with the colored forests on the mountain, and we enjoyed a peaceful boat ride. The famous tree at Gansi Ba Village was a must-stop for photos, with its brilliant red leaves complementing the surrounding forests.

By evening, we arrived at the Miyaluo Town, a small town rich in Tibetan and Qiang culture that felt like a hidden paradise on earth.

Day 5: Sangdan Temple and Bipenggou, A Perfect Ending

On the last day, we visited Sangdan Temple and Bipenggou. Sangdan Temple, backed by snow-capped mountains, is surrounded by rolling hills, making it both spectacular and mysterious. The bumpy ride from Miyaluo Town was worth it when we saw the vast expanse of snow mountains.

In the afternoon, we reached Bipenggou. In autumn, Bipenggou is painted with layers of colors, with lush forests, snow-capped mountains, lakes, and colored forests intertwining to create a beautiful autumnal scene. We took the sightseeing bus to visit attractions like Longwang Hai, Shanghai Zi, and Pan Yang Lake, each one captivating. Although the altitude at Yanziyan is
